GFI Realty Services of New York announced today that a team of three, Joseph Landau, Moshe Gelbstein and Max Koshkerman, finessed a deal which featured a $5.5MM sale of 310-312 Graham Avenue in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.
The double-lot deal will give the new owner property on which to develop a mixed-use building that will have onsite 23 living units, parking, as well as a commercial unit. The building plans call for seven stories.
It is interesting that the lot was up for grabs, as just this past April, South Williamsburg-based Cheskie Weiss filed building plans for this site and was listed as the developer (with architect on record listed as Diego B. Aguilera).
